Import from a spreadsheetA few things that are true everywhere
- Saved payment cards don’t come with an export
- Not through a client export. Card details sit with payment processors under PCI rules, not in your client list. Clients add a card again on their first visit.
- Notes and photos come with you too
- Most platforms export contact details cleanly and treat notes, forms and treatment photos differently, sometimes one client at a time. Each guide says what the export leaves out. When our team moves you, we bring client notes, SOAP notes, forms, photos and visit history over too, by hand if we have to.
- Export before you cancel
- Several platforms cut off access to your data when the account closes. Get your file out while you’re still a paying customer, even if you’re not ready to move yet.
- You usually don’t need to rename columns
- SpaSphere recognises the usual variations and shows you how each column was matched before anything is saved.
