Moving to SpaSphere
Bring your clients with you
Your client list is yours. Tell us where it lives today and we’ll show you exactly how to get a copy — what the file includes, what it doesn’t, and how to bring it across.

Somewhere else entirely?
Already have your clients in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, your phone contacts — or a notebook? That works too. You only need a name and a way to reach each person.
Import from a spreadsheetA few things that are true everywhere
- Saved payment cards never transfer
- Not between any two platforms. Card details sit with payment processors under PCI rules, not in your client list. Clients add a card again on their first visit.
- Notes and photos are the hard part
- Most platforms export contact details cleanly and treat notes, forms and treatment photos differently — sometimes one client at a time. Each guide says what to expect.
- Export before you cancel
- Several platforms cut off access to your data when the account closes. Get your file out while you’re still a paying customer, even if you’re not ready to move yet.
- You usually don’t need to rename columns
- SpaSphere recognises the usual variations and shows you how each column was matched before anything is saved.
