How to export your clients from Booksy
Booksy doesn't have an export button for your client list. You request a copy from their support team instead — here's what to send, and the one question worth asking in the same email.

Step by step
Exporting from Booksy

Email Booksy support
Write to info.us@booksy.com and ask for a copy of your client list with contact details. Send it from the email address on your Booksy account so they can identify you.
You can also open the support chat inside Booksy Biz if you'd rather not email.

Ask for it as a CSV
Booksy doesn't state what format they send, so ask for a CSV specifically. That's the format you'll be able to upload.

Check the file when it arrives
Compare the number of clients in the file against your client list in Booksy. If anyone's missing, reply and ask.
Have clients who found you through the Booksy Marketplace?
Booksy's public documentation doesn't say whether clients who found you through the Marketplace have their contact details included in the list support sends you. We're not going to guess at it. Ask Booksy support directly in the same email where you request your list — and do it before you close your account, while you're still a customer.
What comes with your export
Booksy doesn’t publish a list of the columns in this export, so we won’t guess at it. Open the file once you’ve downloaded it and you’ll see exactly what you have.
What may not come across
- Booksy doesn't publish what the file contains, so treat anything beyond names and contact details as a bonus rather than an expectation.
Saved payment cards
Saved payment cards never transfer through a client export — at any platform. Card details are held by payment processors under PCI rules, not in your client list. Clients add a card again on their first visit.
Who can run this export
Booksy doesn't document a role requirement. Email from the address on the account and they'll let you know if they need anything else.
Do this before you cancel
Request your client list while your account is still open and you can still reach support as a customer. Since this depends on a person replying rather than a button, give yourself more time than you think you need.
Before you upload
- Check the client count against what you see in Booksy.
- Check that each client has either an email or a phone number — rows with neither can't be imported.
- If the file arrives as a spreadsheet rather than a CSV, open it and save a CSV copy.

Importing into SpaSphere

Open the importer
In SpaSphere, go to Settings → Import & Export and choose to import clients.

Upload your file
Select the file you exported. SpaSphere reads the column headers and matches them to the right fields automatically.

Check the column matching
You'll see how each column was matched before anything is saved. Adjust any that look wrong, then confirm.
You don't need to rename columns before uploading. SpaSphere recognises the common variations — "Mobile Phone", "Cell", "Phone Number" all map to the same field — and shows you the matches before importing.
