Now in beta

SpaSphere in your pocket

Run the parts of your day that happen in the treatment room — from your calendar and client notes to checkout — without reaching for a laptop.

Available in beta for iPhone and Android. We are opening access while we continue polishing the experience, and your real-world feedback shapes what we build next.

How to install the beta

iPhone & iPad

TestFlight beta

Requires iOS 16 or later. iPadOS 16 or later on iPad.

Open to anyone with the link. Nothing to request and no waiting — install it and sign in.

  1. Install TestFlight

TestFlight is Apple's free app for running beta software. Get it from the App Store first — the invite link will not work without it.

    TestFlight on the App Store
  2. Open the invite link on your device

Tap the invite on the iPhone or iPad you want to test on. It opens TestFlight and shows the SpaSphere beta.

    Open the invite
  3. Tap Accept, then Install

SpaSphere installs alongside your other apps with a small orange dot next to its name. New beta builds arrive through TestFlight, not the App Store.

Android

Closed beta on Google Play

Requires Android 13 or later.

The Android beta is invite-only right now. The Play listing stays hidden until your Google account is on the tester list, so start with step one.

  1. Send us your Google account email

Tell us the exact address your phone signs into Google Play with. A different address will not see the beta. We add you the same business day.

    Email support@spasphere.ai
  2. Accept the tester invite

Once we confirm, open the opt-in page while signed into that Google account and choose Become a tester.

    Open the opt-in page
  3. Install from Google Play

The listing appears a few minutes after you opt in. Install it like any other app; updates arrive automatically.

    Already invited? Open Google Play

Two different things, worth keeping straight: your Google Play tester email only controls access to the Android beta. Signing into the app itself is done with Google, using the account attached to your SpaSphere user. No SpaSphere account yet? Start your trial first.

Everything you need between appointments

Your day, at a glance

Calendar, appointment details, and the Sophie Daily Brief — who is coming, what they need, what to prep.

Book and reschedule anywhere

Create appointments, move them, block time off. Changes sync with the web dashboard instantly.

Take payment in the room

Checkout with a card on file, send a payment link, or record cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

Client history in your hand

Full profiles, Skin SOAP notes, treatment plans, and photos — while the client is still in the chair.

Skin assessments

Run the multi-step assessment and generate the client's report from your phone. This flow is better on mobile than on desktop.

Inventory and reports

Check stock between clients and review revenue, retention, and service performance without opening a laptop.

Best on the web for now

A few setup and deep-management tasks are still best handled from the dashboard.

  • Building and editing your website pages
  • Adding or editing locations
  • Ask Sophie chat and the full analytics chart set
  • Importing client data from another platform

Questions about the beta

Do I need a SpaSphere account to use the app?

Yes. The app signs into the same account as your web dashboard — it is a second way into your studio, not a separate product. If you do not have an account yet, start a trial first and then install the app.

How do I sign in?

With Google, using the account attached to your SpaSphere user. This is separate from the Google Play tester email, which only governs whether you can download the Android build.

Is it safe to use with real client data?

Yes. The beta runs against your live studio, with the same encryption and access rules as the web dashboard. It is beta because the app is new, not because the data is a sandbox. Anything you do in the app is real.

What does beta actually mean here?

Builds ship more often than a public release, some screens are still being polished, and you may hit rough edges. In exchange you get early access and your feedback shapes what gets fixed next.

Why can't I find the app by searching the App Store or Google Play?

Beta builds are not listed in store search. The only way in is through the invite links on this page. On Android, the Play listing stays hidden until your Google account is added to the tester list.

How do I report a bug or leave feedback?

Email support@spasphere.ai. On iPhone you can also take a screenshot inside the app and send it straight through TestFlight, which attaches the build number and device details for us automatically.

Not on SpaSphere yet?

The app is one way in. Start with the platform underneath it — $1 for your first 30 days, white-glove setup included.
