Is there a free plan?
Yes. SpaSphere Forms is free and needs no card: unlimited forms and e-signatures, any form shared with a link or QR code, every client's records in one place, and your website to design and preview. Booking, checkout and payments, reminders and automations, and a live website are part of SpaSphere Pro at $139/month. Upgrade and everything you've already set up is ready to go.
What happens after the $1 trial ends?
After 30 days, SpaSphere Pro continues at $139/mo. No contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard before the trial ends.
Is the website really included?
Yes - a branded site on your own domain, with pages, a photo gallery, a blog, an online store, and a skin-type quiz. It's part of the plan, not a separate product or a paid add-on.
Do I pay extra for AI?
No. Sophie's daily brief, AI coaching, retention and churn alerts, and reporting insights are included. No extra charge to use them, no usage caps.
Are there onboarding fees?
No. If you're switching from another system, we move your clients, services, appointment history and notes for you, within 48 hours of receiving the export from your old system. Your trial also includes a personal onboarding call.
What do you charge extra for?
The optional extras you turn on: Client Referral & Loyalty ($29/mo), Private Shop ($29/mo), and unlimited marketing email ($14.99/mo). Two-way texting is coming soon. Outside the plan, Stripe bills card processing directly, a card reader is bought separately if you take payments in person, and teams beyond four members are set up with us. Reminders, confirmations and receipts are always part of the plan.
Will I ever pay more than $139?
Your SpaSphere Pro subscription is $139/month for up to four team members. Optional add-ons, additional team members, card-reader hardware, and payment processing cost extra. The plan includes 500 marketing emails and 500 marketing texts a month. With 200 clients, two newsletters use 400 emails and leave 100 for your marketing automations. Each channel pauses at its own limit until the next month: reaching the email limit pauses marketing emails, and reaching the text limit pauses marketing texts, and a workflow text due meanwhile is skipped unless a texting plan covers it. With the Unlimited Email add-on ($14.99/mo), the email limit doesn't apply. Appointment reminders, confirmations and receipts always go out.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
It covers your first full subscription payment, the one charged when your $1 trial ends. If SpaSphere isn't right for you, ask within 30 days of that charge and we refund that payment in full.
What if I grow to multiple staff or locations?
Four team members are included in the plan, and no feature moves behind a higher tier as you grow. Bigger team? Let's talk.
What are the payment processing fees?
Payment processing is handled by Stripe at their standard rates: 2.7% + 5¢ for in-person card payments, 2.9% + 30¢ for online and card-on-file payments, and 3.4% + 30¢ for a card typed in by hand. SpaSphere does not add any markup on top.
