Do you charge per user?

No. Your plan includes four team members at no extra cost - front desk, other estheticians, anyone you bring on. Most platforms in this category price per user or per calendar, so the cost climbs every time you hire. Ours doesn't. Need more than four? Let's talk.

What happens after the $1 trial ends?

After 30 days, your subscription continues at $139/mo. No contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard - we send a reminder before billing starts.

Is the website really included?

Yes - a branded site on your own domain, with pages, a photo gallery, a blog, an online store, and a skin-type quiz. It's part of the plan, not a separate product or a paid add-on.

Do I pay extra for AI?

No. Sophie's daily brief, AI coaching, retention and churn alerts, and reporting insights are included. No per-message fees, no usage caps.

Are there onboarding fees?

No. White-glove onboarding is included - we migrate your clients, configure your services, and launch your branded website at no extra cost.

What do you charge extra for?

Add-ons, and only if you want them. Client Referral & Loyalty is live at $29/mo - it gives your clients personal referral links to share, plus loyalty credit with a per-client wallet. (Separately, referring another esthetician to SpaSphere earns you a free month, and that costs nothing.) Private Shop is coming at $29/mo. Two-way messaging is also coming - $40 to register your number, then SMS packages. Everything else is in the flat fee.

What if I grow to multiple staff or locations?

Four team members are included in the flat rate, and no feature moves behind a higher tier as you grow. Past four, get in touch and we'll sort out pricing for your team - the plan itself doesn't change.

What are the payment processing fees?
