Start from the acne protocols in the library or write your own steps: prep, peel, extractions, high frequency, mask. Attach the protocol to the service and it opens in the room, step by step, with timers. When you finish, her treatment notes are already started.

No. SpaSphere is independent software for estheticians, and it isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Face Reality. You bring your training and your products; SpaSphere gives them a place to work.
Can I write my own protocols?
Yes. Start from scratch and write every step the way you were trained, with timing, products and the reasons not to treat. Or start from a starter protocol in the library and make it yours. Your protocols are yours to edit at any time.
Can clients pay for the whole plan up front?
Yes. Set one price for the plan, then let clients pay in full or put down a deposit. Their portal shows what's paid and what's left.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Her portal opens in any browser from your booking site. She sees her plan and books her next visit there.
How much does SpaSphere cost?

Can I switch from my current software?
Yes. Our team moves everything for you within 48 hours: clients, services, products and appointment history. You don't start from zero.
Can I run more than one Bootcamp length?
Yes. Make one plan per program, for example a 12-week and a 16-week Bootcamp, and enroll each client in the one that fits her skin.
