SMS Terms & Messaging Policy
Effective Date: July 24, 2026
SpaSphere, Inc. (“SpaSphere,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides software to spa, salon, and wellness businesses (each a “Business”). As part of the platform, SpaSphere sends SMS text messages on behalf of each Business to that Business’s own clients. SpaSphere is the messaging provider; the Business is the party whose clients recognize it, book with it, and consent to hear from it.
This policy explains how that messaging works, how clients opt in and out, and how we handle the phone numbers involved.
1. Program Description
When a Business enables text messaging through SpaSphere, its clients may receive SMS messages related to their appointments and their relationship with that Business, including:
- appointment confirmations
- appointment reminders
- scheduling changes, rescheduling, and cancellations
- replies to questions the client sends the Business
- account, booking, and service updates the client asked to receive
Each message is sent on behalf of a specific Business and identifies that Business. SpaSphere does not use this messaging to send its own marketing to a Business’s clients.
2. How Clients Opt In
A client agrees to receive text messages from a Business in one of two ways:
- by checking the SMS consent box on that Business’s online booking page, where the consent language and a link to these terms are shown before the box is checked, or
- by providing a phone number and consent directly to the Business’s staff.
The consent box is not checked by default, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of booking, purchasing, or receiving any service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on a client’s appointments and interactions with the Business.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
5. Opt-Out and Help
A client can reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from that Business’s text messages. Replying HELP returns help information. Clients can also reach us at support@spasphere.ai.
6. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
SpaSphere processes phone numbers and message content only to deliver these messages on behalf of the Business and to operate the platform. For full details on how we handle personal information, see the SpaSphere Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
