Creating a Coupon

Open Coupons

Navigate to Marketing > Coupons and click Create Coupon.

Configure the discount

Fill in:

Code -- the text clients enter at checkout (e.g., WELCOME10). Click Generate for a random code.
Type -- Percentage (e.g., 10% off) or Fixed Amount (e.g., $20 off)
Value -- the discount amount
Applies to -- All services, specific services, packages, or products

Set limits and dates

Optionally configure:

Max redemptions -- total uses across all clients
Max per client -- uses per individual client
First-time only -- restrict to clients who haven't booked before
Start date and Expiration date -- schedule when the coupon is active

Save

Click Create. The coupon is immediately active (or scheduled if a start date is set).

Embedding Coupons in Blog Posts

You can promote coupons directly in blog content. In the blog editor, click Insert > Coupon and select the coupon. A branded promotional banner appears showing the discount and code -- readers can copy the code with one click.

Combine with lead capture

Place an email capture block above a coupon banner in your blog post. Readers subscribe for the offer, and you capture their email for future marketing -- double the value from one post.
