Drafts wait for you
Pages, blog posts and newsletters stay as drafts. Your site changes, or your clients get an email, when you tell Claude to publish or send.
Client details stay in SpaSphere
SpaSphere never sends Claude your client names, contact details, appointments, invoices or payments. If you attach a client list to import, Claude reads that file. Claude can't take a payment, give a refund or delete anything.

Find SpaSphere
In Claude on the web or the desktop app, click Customize in the sidebar, open Plugins, then Discover. Find SpaSphere and click Add.

Connect your account
Connect SpaSphere and sign in with your owner login. Claude reaches your business only, and you can disconnect any time.

What owners ask first
Two things. The SpaSphere connector lets Claude work with your business. The plugin's skills teach Claude how you like it done: look things up first, show you each change, and wait for your yes before anything goes live.
In Claude on the web, in the desktop app, in Cowork and in Claude Code. To add it, click Customize in Claude's sidebar, open Plugins, then Discover, find SpaSphere and click Add. Then connect your SpaSphere account. In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add SpaSphere/spasphere-claude-plugin, then /plugin install spasphere@spasphere.
The business owner. You sign in with your SpaSphere owner account, and the connection reaches your business only. Staff accounts can't connect.
No. Claude shows you each change to your services, hours or settings, and SpaSphere saves it after you confirm. Publishing a page or post, and sending a newsletter, also wait for your word.
Yes. Attach your client list as a CSV and ask Claude to import it. Claude reads the file and passes it to SpaSphere, which tells it only how many clients were added or skipped. If you'd rather not share the file with Claude, import it in SpaSphere under Clients, then Import.
Remove the SpaSphere plugin or disconnect the SpaSphere connector in Claude's settings at any time. You can also email support@spasphere.ai, and we'll turn off its access.
