How to Manage Your Spa Website Pages and Content in SpaSphere

Configure your homepage hero, about section, services, shop, policies, FAQ, gallery, and care instructions pages.

11 min read

Your SpaSphere booking website includes up to a dozen pages, each serving a specific purpose in converting visitors into booked clients. The Front page and Pages content tabs in your Website Settings let you customize every headline, subtitle, image, and content section across your entire site without touching any code.

Why This Matters for Your Spa

Each page on your website serves a role in the client journey from discovery to booking. Your homepage hero section has approximately 3 seconds to capture attention and communicate your value. An "About Us" page with your story and team photos increases trust by up to 52% for first-time visitors. Policies and care instructions pages reduce support calls by setting expectations before the appointment. And a gallery page with before-and-after photos is the single most persuasive content type for aesthetic services, converting up to 3x more visitors than pages without visual proof. Fully populating every page on your site can mean the difference between a $3,000 and a $10,000 month from online bookings.

Configuring Your Homepage

1

Open the Front page tab

Navigate to Website in the sidebar, then click the Front page tab. This tab contains all settings for your homepage layout: the hero section, about section, active homepage sections, and section-specific titles.

2

Configure the hero section

Expand the Hero section accordion. Enter your Title (main headline) and Subtitle (secondary text). Set your CTA Text (the booking button label, e.g., "Book Your Experience") and Button Link (choose between your Services page or Shop page).

Upload a Hero Image -- a 16:9 widescreen photo (e.g., 1920x1080px) works best. Then configure the layout:

  • Image Location: Cover (fills the area), Contain Left, or Contain Right
  • Text Position: Left, Center, or Right
  • Text Alignment: Left, Center, or Right

Optionally enable a Text Box Background with custom color and opacity to improve text readability on busy images.

3

Add an About section to the homepage (optional)

Expand the About section accordion. Enable it with the checkbox, then fill in:

  • Title: A compelling section heading (e.g., "The Story Behind Our Passion")
  • Paragraphs: Add one or more text blocks telling your story. Click "Add Paragraph" for additional blocks.
  • Image: Upload a portrait image (3:4 ratio recommended). Choose a crop shape (circle, square, or rectangle) and set the image position to left or right of the text.
  • Call to Action (optional): Add a CTA button with custom text and a link to any page on your site.
  • Styling: Customize background color, text color, and title style (Normal or Elegant letter-spaced).
4

Choose active homepage sections

Expand the Active sections accordion. Check or uncheck Services and Shop to control whether these sections appear on your homepage below the hero. When enabled, they display a preview of your services or products with the titles and subtitles you configure in the sections below.

5

Customize homepage section titles

Expand the Services section, Shop section, and Contact & Address section accordions to customize the title and subtitle displayed for each on the homepage. These are separate from the page-level titles -- they control only the homepage preview of each section.

6

Save your changes

Click Save changes in the sticky bar. Your homepage updates immediately on your public site.

Write a hero headline that speaks to client outcomes

Instead of "Welcome to Our Spa," try "Reveal Your Most Radiant Skin" or "Your Journey to Relaxation Starts Here." Headlines that focus on the client's desired outcome convert significantly better than generic welcomes. Pair it with a clear CTA like "Book Your Experience" or "Reserve Your Spot" rather than a vague "Learn More." The hero section is your highest-converting real estate -- every word counts.

Managing Individual Pages

1

Open the Pages content tab

Click the Pages content tab in the Website Settings editor. You will see expandable sections for each website page: Home Page, Shop Page, Services Page, About Us Page, Contact Us Page, Policies & Terms Page, Care Instructions Page, FAQ Page, and Gallery Page.

Each page on your site has its own configuration section in the Pages content tab.
2

Configure page titles and navigation labels

Each page section lets you set:

  • Menu Label: The text that appears in your site's navigation bar. Leave empty to use the default label.
  • Title: The main heading displayed at the top of the page.
  • Subtitle: A secondary description below the title.

For example, you might set the Services page title to "Our Treatments" and the subtitle to "Expertly crafted services for every skin type."

3

Build your About Us page

Expand the About Us Page section. Beyond the title and subtitle, you can:

  • Write an Introduction/Bio text that appears above content sections
  • Add multiple Content Sections, each with its own title, paragraphs, optional image (with crop shape selection and left/right positioning), and optional CTA button
  • Click Add Content Section to create additional sections for different aspects of your story

4

Write your Policies and Terms

Expand the Policies & Terms Page section. Add up to 6 content sections with your booking policies, cancellation terms, and other important information. Each section supports bold formatting via a checkbox toggle, letting you visually separate policy headings from body text.

5

Set up Care Instructions

Expand the Care Instructions Page section. Build organized instruction categories for Pre-Care (what to do before a treatment) and Post-Care (what to do after). Each category has a title, optional icon, content text, and can be linked to specific services so clients see relevant instructions for their booked treatment.

6

Create your FAQ

Expand the FAQ Page section. Add question-and-answer pairs by clicking the add button. Each FAQ item has a question field, an answer field, and an optional category for organizing related questions together.

7

Build your Gallery

Expand the Gallery Page section. Create gallery sections that can be either Before/After (showing transformation comparisons) or Showcase (single image displays). Each section contains items with optional captions, alt text, and category tags. You can also add video items with a video URL and thumbnail image.

8

Configure homepage service display

In the Home Page section, choose how services appear on your homepage. Select Services to show individual service cards, or Categories to show service category groups. This setting only affects the homepage preview -- the full Services page always shows the complete service menu.

Use care instructions to reduce post-treatment support calls

Clients who receive clear pre-care and post-care instructions are less likely to call with questions or concerns after their appointment. For med spas and aesthetic practices, this can reduce post-treatment support calls by 40-60%. Link instruction categories to specific services so that the right instructions appear automatically when a client books that treatment. This proactive communication also demonstrates professionalism and builds client confidence in your expertise.
