How to Build Your Spa Booking Website with SpaSphere

Set up your public booking site with SEO, social links, feature toggles, and banner announcements.

9 min read

Every SpaSphere business gets a full-featured public booking website at https://your-spa-name.myspa.ai. The Website Settings page in your admin dashboard is where you configure everything clients see -- from SEO metadata and enabled pages to social media links and promotional banners. Combined with a live preview, you can design and publish your site without writing a single line of code.

Why This Matters for Your Spa

Your booking website is your 24/7 revenue generator. Over 60% of spa bookings now happen online, and most clients research a spa's website before their first visit. A professional, well-configured site with clear services, polished branding, and obvious booking buttons can increase conversion rates by 25-40% compared to a generic directory listing. Every feature toggle you enable -- from a gallery showcasing your work to Google Reviews building social proof -- adds a layer of trust that converts browsers into booked clients. Spas that fully configure their SpaSphere website (all pages, social links, and SEO) report an average of $2,000-$5,000 in additional monthly revenue from online bookings within three months of launch.

Configuring Your Website

1

Open Website Settings

From the admin dashboard, click Website in the sidebar. The page loads with a split-screen layout: editing controls on the left and a live preview on the right. The editor has four tabs: Info, Theme, Front page, and Pages content.

2

Set your website title and description

On the Info tab, expand the Website Information section. Enter your Website Title -- this appears in browser tabs and search engine results. Then enter your Website Description -- this is the meta description that appears under your title in Google search results. Keep the title under 60 characters and the description between 130-160 characters for optimal SEO.

3

Enable website features

Expand the Website Features section. You will see a grid of toggles for each page and feature you can enable on your public site:

  • Services -- Your service menu with descriptions and pricing
  • About Us -- Your team page with bios and story
  • Shop -- Your online product store
  • Gift Cards -- Gift card purchase page
  • Contact Us -- Contact form and location map
  • Policies & Terms -- Your booking policies and cancellation terms
  • Skin Type Quiz -- Interactive Fitzpatrick skin type assessment
  • Ingredient Checker -- Product ingredient analysis tool
  • Forms -- Client intake and consent forms
  • Care Instructions -- Pre-care and post-care treatment guides
  • FAQ -- Frequently asked questions page
  • Gallery -- Photo showcases and before/after transformations
  • Google Reviews -- Display your Google reviews (requires Google Places ID in Integrations settings)

Check the box next to each feature you want to appear on your public website.

4

Connect your social media

Expand the Social Links section. Enter the full URL for each of your social media profiles. SpaSphere supports Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Social icons appear in the footer of your public website and link directly to your profiles.

5

Set up banners (optional)

Expand the Banners section. You can configure two types of announcement banners:

  • General Banner: Appears on every page of your public website. Use it for announcements like holiday hours, new service launches, or seasonal promotions.
  • Booking Banner: Appears only during the booking flow. Use it for booking-specific messages like deposit requirements or preparation instructions.

Toggle each banner on, then type your message in the text area.

6

Save your changes

Click Save changes in the sticky bar at the bottom. The bar shows you whether you have unsaved changes. SpaSphere only sends changed fields to the server, so saves are fast even if you have a large amount of content configured across all tabs.

Enable Google Reviews to build instant trust

If you have a Google Business Profile, connect your Google Places ID in Settings > Integrations, then enable the Google Reviews feature on your website. Displaying real client reviews on your booking site is one of the most effective trust signals -- spas that show Google Reviews on their booking page see up to 35% higher conversion from first-time visitors. Social proof reduces the hesitation that keeps potential clients from clicking "Book Now."

Understanding the Live Preview

The right side of the Website Settings page shows a live preview of your public site. As you change settings on the left, the preview updates in real time. The preview reflects:

  • Theme colors and branding from the Theme tab
  • Hero section content from the Front page tab
  • Page titles and subtitles from the Pages content tab
  • Section visibility based on your feature toggles

The preview is only visible on desktop (screens 1024px and wider). On smaller screens, use your public booking URL to check changes after saving.

Your website is always live

Your SpaSphere booking website is live from the moment you create your account. Every change you save is immediately visible to clients at your public URL. There is no separate "publish" step. If you want to work on your site without clients seeing incomplete changes, consider writing your content in a separate document first and then entering it all at once before saving.

Use this checklist to ensure your website is complete and ready for clients:

  • Website title set with your business name and primary keyword
  • Meta description written (130-160 characters) highlighting your unique value
  • Services page enabled and all services added
  • About Us page enabled with team information
  • Contact Us page enabled
  • Policies & Terms page enabled with your cancellation and booking policies
  • Logo and favicon uploaded in the Theme tab
  • Hero image uploaded with compelling headline and CTA
  • Social media links added for all active profiles
  • Google Places ID connected and Google Reviews enabled (if applicable)
