SpaSphere's analytics dashboard -- called SpaSphere Intelligence -- puts every performance metric your spa needs into a single, interactive view. You can access it from the Analytics item in the sidebar of your SpaSphere admin dashboard.

Open Analytics

Click Analytics in the left sidebar. The dashboard opens to the Performance tab by default, showing the last 30 days of data.

Choose a time range

Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to select Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days. All charts and metrics on every tab update instantly to reflect the selected period.

Switch between tabs

Click any tab across the top to switch views:

  • Performance -- Business Overview with bookings count, revenue totals, and client retention rate
  • Breakdown -- Popular services, booking heatmap, bookings per day, and revenue by service trends
  • Orders & Sales -- Order funnel, staff performance, discount analytics, popular products, cross-sell analytics, and tax analytics
  • Clients -- Client growth, lifetime value distribution, retention metrics, no-shows, churn rate, churn by service, and at-risk clients
  • Predictions -- Projected bookings, projected revenue, business insights trend indicator, and AI-generated smart suggestions

Ask Sophie to explain a chart

Most charts include a purple "Ask Sophie break this down for you" button. Click it to open a modal where Sophie, SpaSphere's AI assistant, streams a plain-language explanation of what the data means and what you should do about it. This is especially useful when you notice unexpected spikes or dips and want context without digging through raw numbers.

Export a tab to PDF

Click the Export PDF button next to the time range dropdown. SpaSphere captures the active tab's content -- including all charts and cards -- into a multi-page A4 PDF. The file downloads automatically with a descriptive name like SpaSphere-Analytics-High-Level-Performance-2026-02-21.pdf.

Bookmark your favorite view

SpaSphere saves your selected tab and time filter in the URL. Bookmark analytics?tab=clients&time=30 to jump straight to your 30-day client analytics every morning. This simple habit takes five seconds and can help you catch churn risk before it becomes lost revenue.

Understanding the Performance Tab

The Performance tab is your daily health check. It displays three primary cards:

  • My Bookings -- Total bookings in the selected period with a percentage change compared to the prior period and a daily trend line showing new vs. repeat clients
  • My Revenue -- Total revenue split into deposits and final payments with a change percentage and daily bar chart
  • My Client Retention -- Retention rate, at-risk client count, average time between visits, and reactivated clients count

What deposits and final payments mean

Revenue is broken into two categories. Deposits are collected at the time of booking (if you have deposit collection enabled). Final payments are collected at or after the appointment. Understanding the ratio helps you gauge cash flow predictability -- a higher deposit ratio means more predictable revenue and fewer no-show losses.

Understanding the Predictions Tab

The Predictions tab uses your historical data to forecast what comes next:

  • Projected Bookings -- Estimated bookings for the upcoming period based on recent trends
  • Projected Revenue -- Forecasted revenue for the next 7 and 30 days
  • Business Insights -- A trend indicator (increasing, stable, or decreasing) comparing past and projected revenue
  • Smart Suggestions -- AI-generated cards with specific actions you can take, each showing impact estimate and confidence level. Suggestion types include revenue optimization, scheduling improvements, and no-show reduction tactics.
