Software cost

What running your studio on software really costs

A booking app is only one bill. Add a website, an online store, email and text marketing, and signed consent forms, and five tools come to $171 a month at list price. SpaSphere Pro does every one of those jobs for $139.

Start for $1 See the math

Thirty days for $1, then SpaSphere Pro is $139 a month with four team members included.

The same jobs, bought one tool at a time

Each price is the list price on the vendor’s own pricing page, billed monthly like SpaSphere Pro, checked on November 4, 2026. Untick anything you don’t need or already pay for, and the total updates.

The time

Five tools also means five client lists to keep in step

The subscriptions are only part of the cost. Each tool keeps its own copy of your clients, and keeping those copies matched is admin work you or your front desk do every week:

  • Every new client is entered, or synced, into up to four tools: the booking app, the email list, the texting list and the form tool. When a phone number or email changes, each copy has to be fixed.
  • Signed consent forms live in a separate tool, because the booking app's own forms can't take an e-signature. Before each visit someone checks that the signed form came back and matches it to the right client.
  • Marketing needs data from another tool. Emailing clients who haven't booked in 90 days, or who bought a package, means moving booking data into the email or texting tool first.
  • Store sales, appointment payments and gift cards land in different reports, so month-end numbers are added up by hand.
  • Five logins, five bills, five sets of settings to keep current, and five support desks when something breaks.
  • Connecting the tools (through vendor integrations or a service like Zapier) cuts some re-typing, but each connection is one more thing to set up, sometimes pay for, and fix when it stops syncing.

In SpaSphere Pro, one client record feeds booking, forms, email, texts, the store and reports, so there is nothing to copy between tools or match up by hand.

What the separate tools don’t do at any price

  • SOAP notes, treatment plans and protocols tied to each client's visits
  • One client record that holds bookings, forms, purchases and notes together
  • AI insights: a daily brief, retention and churn alerts, and reporting
  • One login and one bill instead of five, with no syncing between tools

What SpaSphere Pro doesn’t include

The plan includes 500 marketing emails and 500 marketing texts a month. Appointment reminders, confirmations and receipts always go out and never count. Outside the $139:

  • Card processing, billed by Stripe with no SpaSphere markup: 2.7% + 5¢ in person, 2.9% + 30¢ online and card on file, 3.4% + 30¢ for a card typed in by hand.
  • Optional add-ons you turn on: Unlimited Email ($14.99/mo), Client Referral & Loyalty ($29/mo), Private Shop ($29/mo).
  • A card reader, if you take payments in person.
  • Teams beyond four members, which we set up with you.
