It covers booking, payments, a website with a blog and online store, email and text marketing, intake and consent forms with e-signatures, memberships, gift cards and SOAP notes. Getting the same jobs done with separate tools, at each vendor's published list price (checked 2026-11-04): - Website, blog and online store: Squarespace Core, $39/month billed monthly ($29/month billed yearly). Website with a blog and an online store with no transaction fee. The Basic plan ($25) takes 2% of store sales. Up to 6 staff calendars, text reminders, packages, memberships and gift certificates. The Starter plan ($20) has one calendar and none of those. Up to 500 contacts and 6,000 sends a month, with automated flows. The price rises with your contact count. Source: https://simpletexting.com/pricing/ - Consent forms clients sign (e-signatures): Jotform Bronze, $39/month billed monthly ($34/month billed yearly). 1,000 submissions a month. Acuity's own intake questions and required terms checkbox are included in its plan, but Acuity's help center says they can't capture e-signatures and points to a third-party tool. Jotform's free plan allows 100 submissions a month, and SpaSphere Forms is free with unlimited submissions. Source: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/ Total for the separate tools: $171/month billed monthly ($2,052/year), or $143.20/month if each tool that offers it is paid a year up front. SpaSphere Pro: $139/month ($1,668/year). Not available in that stack at any price: SOAP notes, treatment plans and protocols tied to each client's visits; one client record that holds bookings, forms, purchases and notes together; AI insights: a daily brief, retention and churn alerts, and reporting; one login and one bill instead of five, with no syncing between tools. ### The time cost of separate tools The subscription total is only part of the cost. Separate tools keep separate client lists, and keeping them in step is recurring admin work for the owner or front desk: - Every new client is entered, or synced, into up to four tools: the booking app, the email list, the texting list and the form tool. When a phone number or email changes, each copy has to be fixed. - Signed consent forms live in a separate tool, because the booking app's own forms can't take an e-signature. Before each visit someone checks that the signed form came back and matches it to the right client. - Marketing needs data from another tool. Emailing clients who haven't booked in 90 days, or who bought a package, means moving booking data into the email or texting tool first. - Store sales, appointment payments and gift cards land in different reports, so month-end numbers are added up by hand. - Five logins, five bills, five sets of settings to keep current, and five support desks when something breaks. - Connecting the tools (through vendor integrations or a service like Zapier) cuts some re-typing, but each connection is one more thing to set up, sometimes pay for, and fix when it stops syncing. In SpaSphere Pro, one client record feeds booking, forms, email, texts, the store and reports, so there is nothing to copy between tools or match up by hand. How many hours this saves depends on the studio's client volume and how many of these tools it uses, so no hours figure is given here. Costs outside the SpaSphere Pro subscription: card processing billed by Stripe with no SpaSphere markup (2.7% + 5¢ in person, 2.9% + 30¢ online and card on file, 3.4% + 30¢ keyed in); optional add-ons (Unlimited Email $14.99/month, Client Referral & Loyalty $29/month, Private Shop $29/month); a card reader for in-person payments; teams beyond four members. The plan includes 500 marketing emails and 500 marketing texts a month; appointment reminders, confirmations and receipts are not counted. A studio that needs only some of these jobs, or already pays for one of the tools, should compare only the tools it would actually cancel. SpaSphere never sells or shares client information with third parties for their own use. - [Privacy and security, in detail](https://spasphere.ai/docs/settings/privacy-and-security) - [Privacy policy](https://spasphere.ai/privacy-policy) ## Optional - [Full help center text](https://spasphere.ai/llms-full.txt) - [Blog](https://spasphere.ai/blog)
